Instructions
Mix the cream with the sugar and speculaas spice mix until the mixture is consistent with yogurt.
2¼ cup cream, ½ teaspoon speculaas spice mix, ⅔ cup dark brown sugar
Spread the pepernoten over the cream mixture and gently mix them with a spatula.
3 oz. chocolate pepernoten
Pour the mixture into a bowl and let it harden in the freezer for 1 hour. Stir after 1 hour so that the pepernoten are well distributed, and repeat this. Let the ice cream firm up further in the freezer.
