Instructions
Put a large pot of cold water on the stove and bring to a boil.
Cut the salmon into thin strips and store until used in the refrigerator.
½ pound smoked salmon
Heat the olive oil in a skillet.

Squeeze the garlic over the pan and fry for 30 seconds.

Add the crème Fraîche and mustard and heat slowly until it is warm. If the sauce becomes too thick, add two tablespoons of milk.

Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.

Add the salmon, warm for a minute, and turn the heat off.
Spoon the salmon sauce through the pasta.

Spinach that you fry with the garlic or boiled broccoli added to the meal with the sun-dried tomatoes are delicious alternatives.2. Crème fraîche: You can replace it with, sour cream, heavy or cooking cream. This gives a less thick sauce and a slightly different taste.3.
