NOTES
1. Strawberries: Washed and pulled. Always wash strawberries while the crown is still on. Otherwise, the strawberry will absorb all the water. You can also replace the strawberry with watermelon, pineapple, or grapes.2. Bananas: Bananas discolor quickly, so make this treat at the last minute. To prevent discoloration of the banana, you can brush it with lemon juice to hold it for an hour. And if you want to prepare this much earlier, replace the banana with cubes of melon or mango.3. Mini Pancakes: Make them yourself with this mini pancakes recipe.4. Variations:
Chocoholics: Drizzle some chocolate sauce on the skewers for a sweet dip.
Dip it: Serve with a yogurt dip. Greek yogurt with honey is excellent. Creamy and sweet.
Fruit twist: Instead of strawberries and bananas, you could also use blueberries, raspberries, or melon.
5. Storage
Because this snack is made from fresh fruit, you can't keep it for long. Make it fresh and keep it covered in the refrigerator until use.
