NOTES
1. Tip: Heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil until hot, turn off the heat, and add two cut garlic cloves. Sieve the olive oil and brush the 1 cm outer edge of the pizza with the garlic oil (Really a super tip for every pizza!)2. Twist: Add some sun-dried tomatoes, slices of jalapeño peppers (for extra spice), or Parmesan cheese.3. Oven: When you use a conventional oven, set the temperature to 390 °F (ca. 199 °C). In a convection oven, 350 °F (ca. 177 °C) is sufficient.4. StorageWith the topping of iceberg lettuce and garlic sauce, this pizza can no longer be stored. The lettuce will wilt and it becomes soggy.Without topping:
Fridge: Place pizza in an airtight container or plastic wrap and refrigerate for two days.
Freezer: Wrap the remaining pizza in two layers of plastic wrap and store it in the freezer for up to 2 months. TIP If you have several (pieces of) pizza, put baking paper between them. This keeps them well separated. Let thaw before baking again.
Reheat: Cover the pizza with aluminum foil and bake in an oven at 320 °F (160 °C) until warm. Heat the pizza in a skillet with a lid on the pan over medium heat until hot.
