Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
Grease an oven dish with a bit of olive oil.

Rinse the fish and pat dry with kitchen paper.

Using a sharp knife, cut diagonal slits into the fish all the way to the bone.
Sprinkle the inside of the fish with fish spices.

Fill the cavity with lemon slices, dill, and garlic.

Insert extra slices of garlic into the slits on the sides.
Sprinkle the fish on all sides with salt and pepper.

Place the fish in the oven dish and bake for 25 minutes, until cooked.
