Easy Cranberry Smoothie With Apple Juice
After a few Carnival days filled with loud music, late nights, and far too many snacks, I was ready for something light and fresh. So, this morning, I made a quick Cranberry Apple Smoothie, and it instantly made me feel human again.
It's one of those recipes that looks as good as it tastes: a cheerful red color, naturally sweet from the apple and apple juice, with a little tartness from the cranberries and berries. It's quick, fruity, and ready in minutes.
I love how easy this is to throw together - soak the cranberries overnight, blend everything in the morning, and off you go. It's refreshing, full of flavor, and a great way to start any day (especially after a late night of Carnival fun!).
What Do You Need?
(See recipe card for exact measurements.)

- Apple: Use a sweet, crisp variety like Gala or Fuji for the best flavor.
- Dried cranberries: Soak them in apple juice overnight to make them soft and juicy.
- Apple juice: Natural and unsweetened works best; adds liquid and sweetness.
- Grapes, raspberries, currants, or cherries: Fresh or frozen, they bring color and tartness.
