A fresh smoothie is a healthy start of the day. Today a delicious recipe with pomegranate, berries and orange juice. Many vitamins, tasty and you get a lot of energy out of there!
Sometimes I just want a quick breakfast, but also healthy. Then I often choose a smoothie. Today a great and light smoothie, with many vitamines and that is easy, simple and fast to make.
A slightly sweet and sour flavor and beautiful color (also counts). You get back mountains of energy to start the day.

Pomegranate, berries and orange smoothie
- 4 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
- 3 tablespoons berries
- 3 oranges
Ingredients you need per step are listed below the step in Italic
- Juice the oranges. If possible also collect the flesh.
- Put the juice with berries and pomegranate seeds in a blender.
- Blend for 2 minutes.
- Pour into a glass and drink at once!
