Everyone knows that water is good for you to drink, but you can get a bit plebs of to much of the same. This recipe adds extra flavor and is healthy too.
Everyone knows that water is good for you. Every human contains more than 50% water in his/her body (which varies when your a men, women or child).
We lose 2500 ml of water every day in our body by excretion, sweating etcetera. From our food we get about 900 ml moisture, our body makes 350 ml of water, and the rest we should be drinking (about 1 to 1.5 liters). But is that all where liquids are beneficial for?
Why is drinking water so
important?
No, for example, liquids take care of the removal of waste and the transport of nutrients in your body. It ensures that nutrients are dissolved, so that they can be absorbed in the intestines and finally (and certainly important in this hot weather), it regulates your body temperature.
That means that every day should drink enough fluids (again not too much because if you drink more than three normal glasses per hour your kidneys will go crazy) and water is the most, most healthiest. I drink therefore many glasses a day.
Even more tasteful: infused
water
But you know that feeling that at some point you're getting a bit plebs of the ditch water you drink inside every day. So I variate by adding some flavor and I just got a wonderful recipe for flavored water with lemon and grapes. No extra calories, deliciously healthy and very tasty. I would say go ahead and drink! And of course I wish you great (after) summer days.
It's a good taste!
