Grape and Lemon Infused Water
Everyone knows that water is good for you. Every human contains more than 50% water (which varies when you're a man, woman, or child).
We lose 10 ½ cups (2500 ml) of water daily in our body by excretion, sweating, etc. From our food, we get about 4 cups (950 ml) of moisture; our body makes 1 ½ cups (350 ml) of water, and we should be drinking the rest.
And to make it extra tasty, I'll share a fruit-infused water recipe!
Lemon Grape Infused Water
Infused water is not only thirst-quenching but a wonderfully refreshing drink that is easy to make. Combining natural, fresh ingredients such as grapes and lemon with ice and water gives a delicious twist.
It is a delicious choice for a refreshing drink without extra added sugars.
I make fruit water with lemon and grapes and experiment with various fruits and herbs. Think of strawberries, mint, cucumber strips, and fresh raspberries; they all flavor the water. Nice and refreshing for the summer and an eye-catcher on the table during the holidays (how beautiful is this on a Christmas table?). So go for tasty and fresh and make it today!
