Easy Ground Beef Pizza with Taco Flavors and Lettuce
Let me tell you something. I always order this kind of pizza when I go to the pizzeria in our neighborhood. It has well-seasoned ground beef, fresh lettuce, a crispy crust, and, of course, that delicious garlic sauce… It's really a treat.
I don't eat there every week, but when I do, this is the one I pick almost every time.
But sometimes, I just don't feel like going out. Or waiting for delivery, which isn't always great – especially with a pizza like this. You want it fresh. Nobody likes warm, soft lettuce, right?
So I thought, 'I'll just make it myself.' And guess what? It worked!
The first time I made this pizza, it was one of those nights. Work was running late, the kids were hungry, and I didn't have much in the fridge. Ordering food? Maybe. But I found some pizza dough, ground beef, and garlic sauce. And boom – homemade taco pizza.
Everyone loved it. The kids called it "pizza tacos" and asked me to make it again the next day. Since then, it has become one of our favorite quick meals. It always works and disappears fast.
