This Sparkling Strawberry Lemonade is perfect for sunny days, surprise guests, or a fun party. It's fresh, fruity, and super easy to make. You only need a few things—fresh strawberries, sparkling water, mint, and strawberry syrup. And it takes just five minutes. That's all.
It always turns out great, looks cheerful, and tastes so good. You can serve it in a nice pitcher or a big lemonade tap. It's great for BBQs, birthdays, or a cozy garden party. The mix of sweet strawberries, bubbles, and mint is something everyone loves. Kids especially enjoy it. And yes, it looks just as festive as it tastes.

Homemade Strawberry Soda with Real Fruit and Syrup
I've been making this drink for years. It started as a summer treat when my boys were still little. One day, I made a big batch for a birthday party, and it was gone in no time. Since then, it has become a family favorite.
The bubbles, the sweet fruit, and that fresh mint taste… It feels like summer in a glass. It reminds me of Dutch garden parties and cozy entertaining. And now, it's ready for your table, too.
Top Tip
Use strawberries when they are sweet and at their ripest. That gives the best taste. You can also use blackberries or raspberries if you want to try something different.

Notes
- No mint? Basil or lemon balm also tastes nice.
- Want a bit more freshness? Add a slice of lime or a little lemon juice.
- For grown-ups: Add a splash of vodka or prosecco to turn it into a party drink.
- Fridge: Keep the drink in a closed jar or pitcher in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- Freezer: Not a good idea. The strawberries turn mushy when frozen and thawed.
