This is such a nice drink when it’s warm outside! A drink that has already been served at many children’s parties and for which there is always more demand. And of course, that is not only because of the beautiful red-green color. The sparkles, fresh fruit, and delightful taste make this a crowd-pleaser.
You take some strawberry syrup which you mix with sparkling water, and add lots of fresh strawberries and mint. Let it cool and come to flavor. And then you can serve it to your guests. You can easily upscale this recipe to serve it in a lemonade dispenser, making it an excellent drink for any party!
What do you need for Homemade Strawberry Lemonade?
To prepare this Strawberry Lemonade with fresh strawberries, you need the following ingredients. You can find the correct amounts in the recipe card at the bottom of the blog:
- Strawberries - Use fresh strawberries if you can get them. Strawberries are best in late spring and summer. Otherwise, they may taste watery. This is a delicious lemonade with strawberries. But it is as tasty when made with blackberries, raspberries, and red currants (you name it).
- Sparkling water - water with bubbles, but without any extra flavor.
- Strawberry syrup - Use homemade or store-bought strawberry syrup. You can use sugarless or with sugar, which one you prefer.
- Mint - This herb gives a delicious minty touch to the strawberry lemonade.

- 1 sprig mint, fresh
- 4 cups sparkling water

Instructions

Notes
- Refrigerator - store strawberry lemonade with fresh strawberries in the fridge in a covered jar for up to two days.
- Freezer - don’t store the lemonade in the freezer. The strawberries will get soft and change in structure, which doesn’t taste well.
