The strawberry lemonade is delicious in hot weather. Refreshing, slightly sweet with fresh fruit.
It consists of two separate drinks which you can mix but could drink separately. Then you would have to dilute the strawberry syrup with a little water or could opt for the refreshing lemonade. Anything is possible, but it sure is fun to make. This drink will surprise you!
- The puree is sieved which takes out the seeds and that is way better to drink.
- This is a delicious lemonade with strawberries, but is equally tasty when made with blackberries, raspberries, red currants (you name it).

Homemade strawberry lemonade with basil {mocktail}
Ingredients
- 450 grams strawberries
- 240 grams sugar
- 4 lemons juice
- 15 grams basil
- 1 liter sparkling water
Garnish
- icecubes
- 50 grams strawberries hulled and quartered
- 1 lemon in slices
Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries. Halve them and put them in the blender together with the sugar.
- Turn the blender on until you've got strawberry juice, about 4 minutes.
- Sieve the juice with a fine sieve.
- Add the lemon juice with the strawberry juice and put it in a juicer.
- Add the basil leaves.
- Pour the sparkling water into the jar and put it into the refrigerator until use.
- Just for serving add icecubes, strawberries, and lemon slices.
Notes
