Today a delicious oatmeal tangerine smoothie of course full of tangerine but also with yogurt, coconut milk and oatmeal. Full of fiber and vitamin C
There are several theories of how a mandarin got its name. I think the most beautiful is that mandarin in China was a fruit of the rich and was therefore highly regarded. The group of highest Chinese state officials dressed in an Orange robe was called Mandarins. And the name would be derived from that. Who can tell, it is such a long history that nobody actually agrees. But it is a beautiful story.
Today a tasty oatmeal mandarin smoothie of course full of tangerine but also with yogurt, coconut milk and oatmeal. Full of fiber and vitamin C. A delicious combination.
It's a good taste!
