Do you also love Italian food? It's so tasteful because Italians an cook. Without compromising any other population group of course. I can appreciate the Dutch kitchen, but when it comes to Italian, Asian or Indian food I can really get excited.
Are there any flavors I don't appreciate? No, way I love eg. like everything (can sometimes be inconvenient to). I've got my preferences though, also when cooking. I like to prepare the main course, but I love to prepare a starter/appetizer or dessert.
When planning a menu, those are the first to be filled in. And I will also share with you, six of my favorite Italian appetizers. From me to you. Bon appetit!
Carpaccio rolls

Carpaccio originated in Venice is a truly Italian dish. Serve it rolled up for the ultimate finger food.
Mini lasagna cups

Lasagna is a traditional dish from the mid of Italy and I always love it. And these cups, whereas you easily eat your lasagna by hand is delicious!
Garlic bread

Don't know if it's a typical Italian dish, but I order this every meal when I'm in Italy, so for me this is truly Italian food.
Filled polenta cups

Polenta is traditionally eaten in the North of Italy. Make these cups and fill them with Parmesan, tomatoes and salami. Really delicious.
Mango prosciutto appetizers

From the region of Parma the prosciutto is produced. It's protected world heritage and the only ham in the world which may be cold this way (and it has to come from this region). Prepare these mango prosciutto appetizers, I'm sure you will love them
Italian deviled eggs with pancetta

These deviled eggs contain typical Italian ingredients like balsamic vinegar and Pancetta. And don't eat them only at Easter times.
