This bruschetta with marinated strawberries and mascarpone is crunchy, creamy, spicy, and got a lot of flavors. An elegant appetizer that will be a crowd-pleaser.
In this recipe the choice was made to make a bruschetta by taking a crunchy toasted baguette spread creamy mascarpone on it and topped with strawberries . There was a dash of balsamic cream for the fresh touch. And finished by sprinkle thin strips of basil on the slices.Â
- Slice the baguette diagonally instead of straight. As a result, you get a larger surface to top and it also looks much nicer.Â
- Tear the basil into strips instead of cutting. As a result, the edges stay nice and green. If you cut the basil, the cutting edges will brown and that doesn’t look so beautiful.Â
