For a kid's birthday party in the summer, this is a nice drink to serve in hot weather: an Icy drink. This is a great idea, in which you can add a variety of flavors to glass, so every time you drink you will taste something else.
Celebrating a children's party in late spring or summer most of the time you're having good weather! So recipes with strawberries, ice cream, and frozen drinks are a great choice. And today we start with an ice-cold drink idea!
- By using different types of fruit syrup and lemonade you get a different taste in your glass every time you drink.
- Due to the large number of ice cubes you have to make, it is wise to start at least 3 days before the party by freezing the ice cubes.
- To get ahead of time, you can take all the ice cubes out of the ice cube trays or plastic ice cube maker bags and put gather the cubes in a large plastic bag, so you can easily distribute them to the glasses when it's party time.
- Prepare the lemonade and freeze the ice cubes in plastic ice cube bags or, more environmentally conscious, in ice cube trays. You can freeze them for up to two weeks.
- Push the ice cubes from the bag or out of an ice cube tray and put them loose in a freezer bag and place them in the freezer until use.
