Today a nice quick bite. It's made within 10 minutes. But this is a snack you can make for almost any occasion. And you can serve it as a small appetizer or combine a few mango pieces to make a delicious entrée.
Not only is the sweet mango a delicious combination with prosciutto, it also looks great. The bright orange mango, with rosé prosciutto and the bright green parsley on top. It makes me very cheerful to look at.
The skewers were a gift and I find them so cool. A small tea pot and other kitchen utensils in elegant silver. Super cute and I use them often. They can really pimp a dish. Anyway I like to use a special dish, plate, cutlery or in this case a skewer to the meal or appetizer I serve to provide a nice accent. By doing so, such a dish doesn't need much more decoration.

Recipe Mango prosciutto
Mango prosciutto appetizers
- 1 mango
- 200 grams prosciutto
- parsley fresh
- Peel the mango, get the pit out and cut the flesh into small cubes.
- Half the slice of prosciutto and wrap it around a cube of mango.
- Put a leaf parsley on top and use a skewer to combine.
- Store wrapped in plastic in the refrigerator until use.
