Ingredients

▢ 2 schnitzel , without breadcrumb crust
▢ 4 tablespoons red pesto
▢ 50 grams Brie

Instructions

Cut the schnitzel into strips.
Flatten the meat with a meat hammer.
Smear red pesto on each schnitzel.
Put a slice of brie on top.
Store in a refrigerator until the gourmet starts.
