Easy Chinese Chow Mein Recipe with Homemade Soy and Oyster Sauce
I was walking into the supermarket when I saw a package of ready-made beef chow mein. I like making this recipe myself because it is easy and quick to prepare. Although I have been making it regularly for years, I do not have it on my blog yet. That will change today because this is much tastier than the one from the supermarket, has many more vegetables, and is quick to prepare.
Chinese chow mein is an easy dish to make. This recipe is so tasty because it combines juicy minced beef with crunchy vegetables and creamy noodles. Everything is coated with a delicious homemade sauce made with typical Asian ingredients. The sauce is sweet and savory, sticking to the noodles, vegetables, and meat and giving everything a lot of flavor. Try it, too!
