Preparation

- Prepare the asparagus, but don't bake them yet, and store them in the refrigerator until use
half an hour before the high tea
- Cover a baking sheet with baking paper and spread the asparagus appetizers on them. Bake the asparagus in the oven (180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes).

- A conventional oven is used. When using a convection oven (with air fan) decrease the temperature with 30 °F / 20 °C

Ingredients
- 12 green asparagus
- 100 grams boursin
- 12 slices prosciutto
All my recipes are written both in Metric (gram / ml) and US Customary (cups / pounds). Here you can select which type of amount you would like to see.
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- Put a slice of prosciutto in front of you.
- Spread with a thin layer of boursin.
- Take an asparagus, holding the end in one hand and the other hand in the middle. Carefully break the asparagus in half. It will break at the point where the woody part becomes the soft part.
- Place an asparagus at the start of the meat slice and roll up.
- Place on the baking sheet and repeat for all asparagus.
- Bake the asparagus for 20 minutes.
- Let them cool slightly and serve
