- you cool the water about 2 minutes before adding the herbs they will have more taste.
- you don't have cinnamon, mint or verbena, you make this tea with fresh rosemary, sage and star anise.
It's a good taste!

fresh mint tea with cinnamon
- 1 sprig mint
- 1 sprig lemon balm
- 1 stick cinnamon
- honey to taste
Ingredients you need per step are listed below the step in Italic
- Boil water and let it cool down for about 2 minutes.
- Add the mint, cinnamon and lemon verbena.
- Leave for 5 minutes.
- Add honey at taste.
