Which Fish Can I Use?
Fresh or frozen cod both work well. If you're using frozen cod, thaw it completely and pat it dry with paper towels. You can also use other white fish like tilapia or pangasius.
What Cheeses Are Used?
A mix of Parmesan and Cheddar gives the perfect combination of crunch and flavor.
How to Prepare

- Step 3: Butter an oven dish and place the cod fillets on the bottom. Pour the sauce over and around the fish.
