Gratin cod filet: this cod filet gets a spicy bite by the Parmesan gratin crust. An easy and fast recipe, because it's ready in just 20 minutes.
As is said eat a minimum of two times each week some fish. And that can be difficult. But with this cod with a cheese crust, it won't be a problem.
Cod by itself is a tender fish, but it doesn't have a lot of flavors. It's soft in the mouth and it eats away nicely. And when you gratinate the top of the cod filet with a crispy cheese crust? Then you get a recipe that's irresistibly delicious.
- This dish is delicious combined with a green salad.
- This dish is delicious with cod, but also with other whitefish like tilapia filet or pangasius filet.
