Cottage cheese-loaded baked potatoes: flavorful oven-baked potatoes. The filling of ham, herbs, and cottage cheese is skinny yet full of taste. A great side dish.
With potatoes, you can vary in many ways. And I do so endlessly. What I really like is to bake them and then fill them. But yeah sour cream does not make you slim.
But what's creamy yet with fewer calories and tastes great. And together with chives, parsley, and ham as a filling in your potato. Yummy!
- If you want to tell if your potatoes are ready to serve, take a fork and press it into the potato. If it goes in easy (without resistance), your potato is done.
