And the best part? You only need three ingredients. It’s one of those recipes I always make when I want something that looks fancy but is super simple to prepare. Whether you’re hosting a dinner party, having friends over, or just want something yummy for yourself, this recipe always works.

Stuffed Dates with Blue Cheese and Crispy Bacon – Easy Party Appetizer
I first made these on a busy Friday night when I had surprise visitors. I didn’t have much in the fridge, but I did have some dates, bacon, and a bit of blue cheese.
I quickly put them together and popped them in the oven. Within minutes, the kitchen smelled amazing, and everyone loved them. Since then, they’ve become a regular on my party snack list—and I’m sure they will be on yours too.

- Place the wrapped dates on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Bake for 5 to 7 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted. Take them out and let them cool for a minute or two.
- Serve them warm and enjoy!
Notes
- Don’t you like blue cheese? No problem! You can use goat cheese, cream cheese, or even feta.
- Want a bit more sweetness? Drizzle some honey over the warm dates just before serving.
- If you have any leftovers (though I doubt it) store them in an airtight container in the fridge. They’ll stay good for up to three days.
- Warm them up in the oven at 350 °F (180 °C) for about 5–7 minutes before serving again.
