Looking for a creamy, fresh smoothie that keeps you full for hours? This Banana Oat Smoothie with Lemon is just what you need! It’s naturally sweet from the banana, has a little zing from the lemon, and is smooth, thanks to coconut milk. The oats add fiber, making it perfect for breakfast or after a workout.

Refreshing Banana Mint Smoothie with Oats
This smoothie is quick, tasty, and filling. The lemon makes it fresh, the banana, and honey add sweetness, and the oats make it thick and creamy. Want to make it extra refreshing? Add some ice cubes! It’s simple, fast, and oh-so-good.
What do you Need?

- Banana: Adds natural sweetness and makes the smoothie creamy. Plus, it’s full of potassium, which helps with hydration.
- Lemon: Gives a fresh, zesty flavor and keeps the banana from turning brown.
- Oats: A great source of fiber that keeps you full and makes the smoothie nice and thick.
- Coconut Milk: Makes it extra smooth with a light tropical taste. A great dairy-free option! No coconut milk? Use almond milk, oat milk, or plain yogurt.
- Mint: Adds a fresh, summery touch that makes this smoothie even better.
