A delicious recipe for salmon with orange in a bag. The salmon is flavored with pesto and stays juicy by the orange juices that are released by the heat of the oven. By adding all the ingredients and form it into an airtight package of aluminum foil the salmon sizzles in its own juices. So besides it got a lot of flavors you also serve a skinny dish.

- Because you will cook the salmon in a package it needs very little fat. The little bit of butter gives it a creamy taste.
- The salmon is cooked in a bag so all the juices stay inside and the fish becomes moist and tender.
